a little about me...

I'm a textile artist based in a rural studio in Rowledge, Farnham.

I graduated in 2010 from Winchester School of Art with a BA Hons in Textiles, Fashion & Fibre.

Since then I have specialised in free machine embroidery.

Combining my love for nature, the environment and textiles, I took the decision in 2019 to stop creating new pieces and to work solely on items that already exist. This could be machine embroidering a visible mend or embellishing an existing piece of clothing to give it a new lease of life.

All the resources that I need to create my embroidery I source second hand.

When I'm not in my studio I'm bringing up my 2 little children, following a plant based life style and cycling about.
